There are only a few times in a career when you have an insightful mentor and career coach. Quite often you only realise it in hindsight. I was lucky enough to spend a large part of the last 12 months working with a guy who fits this description.
One day I asked him what he thought was the key to success as a CEO. His reply was one word:-
“Consistency”
I have spent alot of time thinking about this………..and I cannot fault it.
